- At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register with an author registration.
- The authors are suggested to use the ICSP Formatting Template to meet formatting requirements.
- One regular registration can cover a paper within 4 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
Details of the attending registration
Join as Presenter If you are interested in giving presentation on conference, without publishing your paper in the proceeding, you can choose to attend ICSP 2024 as a Presenter. As presenter, you need to submit the abstract and title of your presentation before register. For further information, please contact us at: icicsp@yeah.net | Join as Listener ICSP 2024 is an unmissable conference. It is a good chance and an effective platform to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the filed of latest academic research. You are welcome to attend this great event. You need to complete the registration as Listener before the registration deadline. |
Attention
At least one author is required to register and attend the conference to present the paper. Please bring your name badge for entering the conference hall. Please do not lend your name badge to people who are not involved with the conference. Please do not take irrelevant people to enter the conference rooms. The Organizers shall not be held responsibility for any loss of personal finance or belongings.
* The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fee
* The paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot attend the conference, but substitute participants are welcome.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
