2026年4月17-19日,第十一届智能计算与信号处理国际学术会议(ICSP 2026)在合肥成功举办。本届大会由安徽大学主办,天津大学、西安科技大学、西安石油大学联合主办,安徽大学人工智能学院承办,北京师范大学、西南大学、苏州大学、西安科技大学人工智能与计算机学院、西安石油大学计算机学院、中国教育发展战略学会人工智能与机器人教育专业委员会、安徽省安全人工智能重点实验室、IEEE CIS ADPRL技术分会、自主无人系统技术教育部工程研究中心和西安市矿山工业互联网重点实验室协办,由《IEEE Internet of Things Journal》期刊、《Scientific Reports》期刊及科学网提供媒体支持,并由AiScholar 艾思科蓝提供全流程技术服务保障。

From April 17 to 19, 2026, the 11th International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing (ICS P 2026) was successfully held in Hefei. The conference was hosted by Anhui University, co-organized by Tianjin University, Xi'an University of Science and Technology, and Xi'an Shiyou University, and undertaken by the School of Artificial Intelligence at Anhui University. It was also supported by Beijing Normal University, Southwest University, Soochow University, the School of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science at Xi'an University of Science and Technology, the School of Computer Science at Xi'an Shiyou University, the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Education Professional Committee of the China Association for Educational Development Strategy, the Key Laboratory of Safe Artificial Intelligence of Anhui Province, the IEEE CIS ADPRL Technical Division, the Ministry of Education Engineering Research Center for Autonomous Unmanned Systems Technology, and the Xi'an Key Laboratory of Industrial Internet for Mining Industries. Media support was provided by the journalsIEEE Internet of Things andScientific Reports, as well as by SciNet. AiScholar provided comprehensive technical services and support throughout the entire event.


大会创新采用线上线下融合模式,设置1个主会场、1个期刊编委工作圆桌论坛以及2个专题分会场,累计呈现13场专家前沿报告、72场青年学者报告及246组海报展示,构建起涵盖主题报告、特邀报告、圆桌论坛与即时互动的学术生态圈。会议期间高频次的知识碰撞与深度对话,吸引了来自中国科学技术大学、东南大学、北京理工大学、西北工业大学、合肥工业大学、安徽大学、广州大学、济南大学、上海海事大学、哈尔滨理工大学、内蒙古工业大学、西安石油大学、国防科技大学、中国人民解放军陆军工程大学等60余所高校和科研院所的专家学者参与多维学术交流。

The conference innovatively adopted a hybrid online-and-offline format, featuring one main venue, one roundtable forum for journal editorial board members, and two specialized sub-venues. In total, the event showcased 13 cutting-edge expert presentations, 72 reports by young scholars, and 246 poster sessions, thereby creating an academic ecosystem that encompasses keynote speeches, invited talks, roundtable discussions, and real-time interactive exchanges. Throughout the conference, frequent exchanges of knowledge and in-depth dialogues attracted experts and scholars from more than 60 universities and research institutions, including University of Science and Technology of China, Southeast University, Beijing University of Technology, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Hefei University of Technology, Anhui University, Guangzhou University, Jinan University, Shanghai Maritime University, Harbin University of Technology, Inner Mongolia University of Technology, Xi'an Shiyou University, National University of Defense Technology, and PLA Army Engineering University, fostering multidimensional academic exchanges.

4月18日上午,第十一届智能计算与信号处理国际学术会议(ICSP 2026)举行开幕式。安徽大学人工智能学院副院长曹翔教授致开幕辞,对与会专家学者们表示热烈欢迎,并寄语大会圆满成功。会议主持分别由大会主席/天津大学穆朝絮教授、山东大学刘帅教授担任。

On the morning of April 18, the opening ceremony of the 11th International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing (ICSP 2026) was held. Professor Cao Xiang, Vice Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence at Anhui University, delivered the opening address, welcoming the participating experts and scholars. 

The conference was co-chaired by Professor Mu Chaoxu from Tianjin University, who also serves as the conference chair, and Professor Liu Shuai from Shandong University.

At this roundtable forum on journal submissions, peer review, and editorial board activities, we are honored to have invited renowned editors-in-chief, editorial board members, and leading experts in the publishing field from both China and abroad. The guests include: Professor Jin Yaochu from Westlake University; Professor Li Yun from the Higher Research Institute of Electronic Science and Technology University (Shenzhen); Professor Zhang Haitao from Huazhong University of Science and Technology; Professor Liu Shuai from Shandong University; Professor Zhao Bo from Beijing Normal University; and Deputy Editor-in-Chief Hu Guang from the Journal Publishing House of Chongqing University of Technology.

The experts engaged in in-depth discussions and shared their experiences on a range of hot topics of concern to authors, including their journals’ positioning and distinctive features, open-access (OA) policies, publication of interdisciplinary research, guidelines for AI-assisted writing and academic integrity, advice for young scholars on paper writing and submission, trends in the fields of AI and automation, and differences between domestic and international journal evaluation systems. Their insights were highly instructive and inspiring for the attendees at the event.

2026传感器技术与信息工程国际学术会议(STIE 2026)与2026年智能信号与图像处理国际学术会议(ISIP 2026)作为ICSP 2026下设专题分会场召开。郑州大学马天磊教授、中国石油大学(华东)张冬至教授、湖南大学杨亮教授、北京理工大学刘越教授、西南大学苟建平教授及上海交通大学张涛副教授分别作特邀报告。

The 2026 International Academic Conference on Sensor Technology and Information Engineering (STIE 2026) and the 2026 International Academic Conference on Intelligent Signal and Image Processing (ISIP 2026) will be held as special sub-conferences under ICSP 2026. Professor Tianlei Ma from Zhengzhou University, Professor Dongzhi Zhang from China University of Petroleum (East China), Professor Liang Yang from Hunan University, Professor Yue Liu from Beijing Institute of Technology, Professor Jianping Gou from Southwest University, and Associate Professor Tao Zhang from Shanghai Jiao Tong University will each deliver invited keynote speeches.

It brought together global experts to exchange the latest research findings, yielding abundant academic achievements and fostering consensus on collaborative efforts. Moving forward, we will continue to leverage the advantages of interdisciplinary integration, further deepen our comprehensive exchanges and cooperation with universities, research institutes, and industrial enterprises both at home and abroad, and vigorously promote the deep application of key technologies—including intelligent computing, signal processing, artificial intelligence, edge sensing, and communication networks—in fields such as the information industry, advanced manufacturing, and smart cities. By pooling the innovative strengths of scholars and experts from around the world, both domestically and internationally, we will keep building high-level international platforms for academic exchange, thereby contributing Chinese wisdom and strength to the advancement of global information science and technology and the development of technological innovation.
